Poster Details
- Poster board size: 72”W x 48”H
- Material for hanging posters will be provided onsite.
- Posters should be mounted by 8:30 am and taken down by 7:30 pm, June 16th.
- Posters remaining after 7:30 pm will be discarded.
- Presenters will be notified of poster locations approximately 1 week before the meeting.
Poster Awards
All posters presented by students or postdoctoral fellows will be judged during the annual meeting on June 16 and are eligible for poster awards. If you indicate during abstract submission that you are a student or postdoctoral fellow, you will receive details about judging prior to the meeting date. Don’t forget to register to complete your eligibility for awards.

The Radisson Winnipeg is conveniently located downtown, close to many bus routes and with ample parking. The hotel has 1,672 square metres of event space that span three floors. The main meeting session will be held in the Ambassador Ballroom. Buffet lunch and coffee services will be held in spaces located directly adjacent to the Ambassador Ballroom. Posters and an evening reception will be held two floors above the main sessions, with access to outdoor patio spaces that have great views of the city.
Getting there…
The Radisson Hotel Downtown Winnipeg is centrally located, with many bus routes that can be used to access the site. Please click here to plan your route. If you choose to drive your car, daily parking is available at many downtown lots in the area surrounding the Radisson. For your convenience, daily parking at the Radisson Hotel will be offered as a pre-paid option during the registration process, available for $14.
