If you paid by offline payment through U of M (FOP), your membership will activate within 24 business hours. You can still sign into your account during this time, but will be unable to subscribe members until your FOP is authorized. You should receive your transaction and payment details upon activation. If you paid by credit card, transaction and payment details will be emailed to you immediately.
If you purchased an All-inclusive membership, you may subscribe lab members to your account by adding subaccounts in your membership area. If you need more instructions please check our Help Centre. Subscribed members will subsequently receive an email prompting them to create an account/password. Subscribed members must create a password and fill in their account details to complete their membership process. If your subscribed member did not receive an email please have them check their spam/junk mail or contact us.
